This place was horrible you could hear everything imagine waking up at 5:00 every morning to
your neighbors having sex. It sounds like they are in your bed. also the TV playing though the wall.
you have a small war with the sound I would give in and change the channel to what they are watching to have a little peace.
but wait until your neighbors talk you can hear every word they say. also the noise complaint's I was on vacation
for two weeks and when I returned I saw two noise complains on my door I confronted the office they told me I had one
warning left. The neighbors above me split up and the guy started living like a bachelor again and my neighbor's thought it was me.
------ construction. also the dam complex is for sale every month they were selling and every week I would get a notice that
the management was going to be reviewing all apartments with potential buyers. complete strangers walking through my rented space (when I was not home)
one time I had to clean a pair of muddy shoe prints off my carpet. I should have left it that way I lost my whole deposit they claimed they had to
hire a cleaning crew to clean the filth I left ( I hired a cleaning crew to clean every thing and had the carpets professionally cleaned,
I gave them the receipts the response (It was not to their standards) bull ---- they just wanted to keep my deposit. And charged me for the
new carpet they put in witch was used and old when i moved in.(796.52) for carpet ! I know that shitt wasn't Berber. My washer broke so I had
to use the one in the laundry area and when I walked in their were kids drinking and smoking in the laundry room. They did not bother my close but
it was tacky. this place was hell.

I am so glad to hear that people living here had the same problems I had. I too could hear my neighbors through the wall having sex like they were in the same room with me. They also didn't refund our deposit because of "damages" and left us notes on our door about stuff that we hadn't even done. They also would try to charge us for certain things and would change the reason for the charges the very next day!

Oh, please. I love my apartment at Westbrooke. It is true that the walls are thin, but I haven't had any problems and I am getting my doctorate, so I study non stop with plenty of peace and quiet. Every time I have any sort of maintenance problem they come over within 48 hours, usually the same day or the next, and fix it. The office is also very nice and professional when you speak with them. Just a thought: you are renting an APARTMENT --- NOT HOUSE. Of course you will hear other people, you are in a complex. Maybe try changing YOUR living standards if apartments are such a problem for you...and also enroll back in school, because "witch," "shitt," and "close" are ridiculous. Please tell me no one gave you a high school diploma.
