Used to be a great place to live

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
I lived in this apartment community for 5 years. Yes, they are pretty steep for what you get, but the location it is in I honestly believe warrants that. However, they should treat you like you are paying the price and that they do not. When we first moved in it was owned by another company and they were wonderful. They let their tenants know that they were cared about. Now it is a money trap, as long as they see their money (every penny) by the 6th you should be okay.
