If you have any standards for yourself, then this is not the place for you! These apartments are extremely overpriced. It is easy to fall for this apartment because the style of the apartments are unique and a nice change from standard apartments, the surrounding trees and wooded area is a great view, plus they do have a pool and gym. But don't fall for it! The pool is decent but it is not the relaxing experience it should be. People take stereos and blast horrible music for everyone at the pool to hear when you're trying to quietly read a book, they take coolers of beer and get drunk and stupid, and are inconsiderate about smoking cigarettes next to other people. Also, they cuss and have extremely inappropriate, loud, conversations. The gym is there but equipment is dated and half of it doesn't work correctly. It is also very filthy in the gym. The apartments are not nice. They come in and do a horrible job trying to update the apartments. Example, horrible paint jobs, flithy carpets, dirty in general, and horrible maintenance crew. There are consistent issues with maintenance not correctly fixing issues, constant issues with cars being vandalized, cops are always there resolving some crazy conflict with a tenant, issues with plumbing and pipes leaking, and issues with mold and mildew. If you think about signing a contract with them, take a copy of the contract before hand and read it carefully. I guarantee you will not be happy at this apartment. Please take my advice and don t consider this place. There are much better surrrounding apartments, take your time to find a different one. Oh I forgot, management is horrible.

I live at Westbrooke Village in phase 2 and love living there. I have never heard or seen of cops always there resolving crazy issues with residents and I have lived here for 4 years. I go to the pool all the time during the summer and have never had any problems with drunk people around. I think the maintenance and management is great!!

I completely agree with this review... I hope future renters think twice before renting here. It's pretty bad. I can't express how happy I was when it was time to move. The 'good' reviews and comments on here are MOST DEFINITELY from westbrooke staff b/c I can't imagine someone really feeling that way about it. My neighbors felt the same way I did. NOT HAPPY!
