I lived at Westbrooke Village Apartments, Phase I, from July, 2002 to July 2009.
During my 9 years as a tenant, I found the management and staff of the complex to be most helpful and friendly. From helping me with directions and locations (I was new to the area) to maintenance issues to giving me an emergency ride to the hospital, someone was always ready to be of assistance.
The grounds and amenities were as clean and well-maintained as possible, and I appreciated the covered-parking. I also liked the periodic "Tenant Appreciation Day" activities and the pool parties.
I would highly recommend Westbrooke Village Apartments to anyone who might be interested in becoming an "apartment-dweller" in the 141-Big Bend neighborhood.
