We rented a 3 bedroom townhouse. Parking was a nightmare. Cars speed down McKelvey Hill Rd.,the main street which runs through the complex and is used as a cut through for half the Maryland Heights residents. I was afraid a kid would get hit by a car.
Also we had bug problems. Fleas were a problem. Also I kept seeing a strange kind of
bug I hadn't seen before. My kids were constantly getting bitten. I thought at first it was mosquitos. When we moved into a new home I began seeing the kind of bugs I had seen at Camden Trace and found out they were bed bugs. We had an infestation
which took us six months to get rid of. We also had to get rid of several mattresses. We contacted the office as a courtesy to let them know they had a problem and they were very rude. They denied there was a problem at their complex.
Also the air comditioner didn't work well. It was always hot, particularly on the 3rd level.
