Bed Bugs Issue

Infested with lots and lots of Bed Bugs...Guys be prepared to sleep with them upon renting this apartment (CEDAR TRACE)....
Managements simply says that the tenants need to do the Pest Control measures at their own cost...Its always infested with some pests or the other. Even some of my friends in the same apartment are facing the same issue.
Poor piece of Management....
