This is my second experience for living in an apartment, and I think Maryland Park is really a good place to stay.

I don't know what the best apartment is, but I am very satisfied and have no complaints for this complex so far (I just moved in for two month).

Pros: good management, nice neighbors, reasonable rent, blah blah blah. Worth your visiting.

Cons: If you do mind, no fittness facilities (do have pools), no large storage room in the two bedroom unit (do have large storage room in the one bedroom), and busy traffic on I-270 at some time.

The ratings are given according to the rent and the quality. Since I don't have many experiences in renting apartments, I would not give the ratings full points.
