Management is not at all good. Rude in talking.
They dont treat Indian community well. racial discrimination is very well observed. They dont return the deposit money no matter what way you return the property. I havent seen such bad management ever in US.

I am a resident at Maryland Park.I feel that this person is just trying to justify his mistakes and taking it out on Marylan Park. I have never had a problem, nor have any of my fellow friends. I think this is a great community and I have never had a problem with the management. I wish people could stop using the whole racial discrimination every time they do something wrong and they feel it is someone else's fault. I love Maryland Park and it is sad to see that someone is going to say bad things about this great place. It is simple, if you leave an apt in the condition you found it in, then I don't think they would keep any ones deposit. It is just like the Golden Rule and it is ashame that many people do not go by that rule anymore.

Racial discrimination is pretty prominent in our world. Did you consider at all that this person was actually ---- on just for not being white? I wouldnt doubt it for a second.
