Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006

I have been a tenant when it was steeplechase and it has declined since it has become maryland park. The management is poor, maintenance is poor, rental criteria is poor. It is not as clean as it use to be and the management focuses on cutting corners instead of resident satisfaction. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
