Its very unprofessional

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I have stayed in this property for more that 1 year & 6 months. And I had free Carpet Cleaning when I renewed my Lease but due to change in Management they told me that they don't have time at that time & they will do it after some time.

In a mean time I have relocated and paid all the Lease Brakages. But after 4 months of relocation, I got the letter saying that they need to replace the carprt !!!

This was very unprofessional on their part as they didn't compelete there promise & want money from resident where there was no issue even.

I will highly recomment not to rent this property as they are highly unprofessional.
