I highly recommend not to move to these apartments, especially if you have children. The maintenance is horrible. There was mold in the bottom of the pan where the water heater goes. We asked them to replace the water heater because there was water and mold in the bottom of the pan, so they came by and said that they couldn't find a leak (Where did the water come from then''') they scraped out what they could of the water and mold and then THEY SPRAY PAINTED OVER THE REMAINING WATER!!! Mean while I have an infant living in the house that was sick all the time!!! The management is also horrible. If this was a facility with good management this problem would have been takin care of well before I ended up getting upset. When I asked for the corporate offices phone number and address, The told me that they were not allowed to give out that information. THEN WHY IS THAT INFORMATION POSTED ON THE INTERNET''' I have had nothing but problems with this apartment complex and I highly recommend not even thinking about filling out that application to live there. If you want to live in something that has the same kind of quality as Maryland Park apartments, Please, save yourself some money, I'm sure there is a Motel 6 in East St. Louis.

I think this person may have forgotten their crazy ------ medication, because this apartment community is awesome! The property managers are super nice and VERY professional. It's not their fault that they couldn't relate to a psychotic baboon like yourself. Since I've lived here, the property management and maintenance staff have been very helpful and attentive to all the issues I've brought to them. Maybe people as G-H-E-T-T-O as this person would feel more at home, not at a Motel 6 on the East Side (the hookers would be annoyed with you), but perhaps at a place down by the river, living in a van, eating government cheese! Ha! Take that, cuz your crazazy like Britney, ------!! Peace out...

I guess it sucks that your jealous of me cause I'm skinny, beautiful, and i make more money than you, so it would be so impossible to live off government cheese. Like yourself! Is that how you got so fat. Sitting behind that desk all day must really be a hassle on your love handles HuH? Oh when you see Britney, tell her I said Hi.
