I just went and viewed this property on sunday and it is absolutley gorgeous. The grounds are perfectly maintained...its just perfect! Jill in leasing is super sweet and called me today to touch base with me. It seems really quiet and very diverse...which i love! I asked her about the negative review about parking and she said it was posted on the wrong property!!! From the looks of it...the parking is fine, so disregard that negative post. All in all, my boyfriend and i loved it and thats where we hope to make our home this coming fall!!!

Trust me you don't want to live here! You must not have met Carol. She is a witch. This is what I said in a comment under a different review:
I've been living here for 3 years and I hate this place. The woman who owns the place is a witch with a capital B. We have two dogs and always clean up after them but because the old guy that lives above us hates us he told them we don't pick up our dog's poop so they are now charging us $40/month for clean up crew, even though there is still poop everywhere.
You can't turn your tv on in the bedroom because the walls are so incredibly thin, our neighbor called the cops and said our tv was too loud when we didn't even have it past 10!
The maintenance people are really nice. But our bathtub is peeling at the bottom. We told them about it 4 months ago. We went up to the office and the witch told us she needs to come by and look at it and call the private contractor. She said she would come by Thursday, never showed up. We call the office and she isn't in for the day. So we tell her to come next week, never shows up.
The refrigerator/freezer is extremely old in every apartment and breaks every 3-5 months; not joking. We bought a bunch of groceries one day and the next day we had to throw it all away because the refrigerator and freezer broke.
The balcony is okay, but when it rains the entire balcony gets rained out, so if you have anything out there, expect it to be ruined. The carpets stain really easy. The appliances are old. There is a small window in the bedroom but it doesn't give much light. So yeah I would say this isn't the place to live. We are moving out in July.
