I've been living here for 3 years and I hate this place. We have two dogs and always clean up after them but because the old guy that lives above us hates us he told them we don't pick up our dog's poop so they are now charging us $40/month for clean up crew, even though there is still poop everywhere.
You can't turn your tv on in the bedroom because the walls are so incredibly thin, our neighbor called the cops and said our tv was too loud when we didn't even have it past 10!
The maintenance people are really nice. But our bathtub is peeling at the bottom. We told them about it 4 months ago. We went up to the office and Carol told us she needs to come by and look at it and call the private contractor. She said she would come by Thursday, never showed up. We call the office and she isn't in for the day. So we tell her to come next week, never shows up.
The refrigerator/freezer is extremely old in every apartment and breaks every 3-5 months; not joking. We bought a bunch of groceries one day and the next day we had to throw it all away because the refrigerator and freezer broke.
The balcony is okay, but when it rains the entire balcony gets rained out, so if you have anything out there, expect it to be ruined. The carpets stain really easy. The appliances are old. There is a small window in the bedroom but it doesn't give much light. So yeah I would say this isn't the place to live. We are moving out in July.
I know this is the third time I wrote this but I'm just trying to help people out. This place is perfect for the first 2 months. It was cheaper when we first moved in, clearly not their fault, but now it's just as expensive as anywhere else and not worth the hassle that comes with it. Like I said, the maintenance people are super nice, and that chick Jill in the office is nice, but other than that there is no point in moving in to a place that's this crappy.

How were we bad tenants? We paid our rent on time and never bothered anyone. We stayed there for 3 years because it was cheap and who wants the hassle of moving out but apparently loyalty is not rewarded. We could have complained about them not putting salt down in the winter and we fell multiple times in the morning around 9 am. You still didn't address the issues of the appliances, e.g. refrigerator, or the bathtub, but this is supposed to be our review of this place. The whole point of this site is to warn people about apartments that aren't up to snuff.
