i enjoyed my stay here but there were a few difficulties after the first 12 months...

the laundry facility is not open all the time and you can never get quarters out of the machine (it is very old)

instead of pulling down the wallpaper that was up in 1975, they just kept painting over it. now, i have crack and spots in my bathroom wehere the wallpaper is peeling away, taking the paint with it.

my roof has just recently starting to leak and the next building over has a gutter hanging loose.

the environment is nice but i have had a problem with noise, the walls are paper thin.

the decks are very nice and give plenty of room to BBQ if that was possible. there is an ordinance in place that won't let you grill closer than 10 feet to the building. this is very inconvenient.

i also found the rent and deposit to be way to high.
