I LOVE LIVING AT PHEASANT RUN. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN CALLED BY NAME BY THE OFFICE STAFF AND THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS VERY PROMPT. THE LAKE IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT VERY CLEAN. THEY DO A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP THE SNOW WHEN IS SNOWS AND THEY EVEN SENT ME A BIRTHDAY CARD ON MY BIRTHDAY. I THINK THAT IS AWESOME, CONSIDERING HOW BIG THIS PLACE IS. I LOVE IT HERE AND WOULD REFER IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PARK LIKE SETTING.
