I've lived here a year and a half now and had a great experience. The facilities are clean, and its nice it has indoor tennis court. I have one of the apartments with a huge deck, like 15ft x 50ft. Was worth the extra money. Parking can be tight in some places neighbors have said, but I didn't have a problem. Stuff was fixed in <24hrs. The only problem I had was the shower would quite often lose cold water pressure, burning the hell outta my back. Also, some had problems with car break ins I heard a while ago, but I haven't had problems, nor know anyone personally who did. Staff is very nice as well. Like some people have said, single bedroom is excessive in price, but I felt the $800 was sufficient. Also, they do a thorough credit check and have income requirements, which may exclude some people. Overall, loved it, and too bad I'm moving to the city for grad school.
