These apartments are right next to Creve Ceour Park, which is nice because it is beautiful. However, when we moved in, we had squirrels living in our chimney, a racoon living in our attic (that stayed for weeks because maitenance cannot get into the attic) and our ceiling leaked every time it rained. For the money we paid to live there, it seemed ridiculous. Parking is also a hassle, be prepared to walk.

It is quiet, though. And we saw every other apartment in the area within our price range, they're all pretty much the same what with the floorplan and the dark cabinets. If you are desperately wanting to live in West County, this isn't a bad choice - if you like squirrels.
