I'm a fresh out of college hire at a major fortune 500 company. I only say this because a guy fresh out of college should be able to deal substandard living conditions. Needless to say, Pheasant run was below substandard.

I got the place because it was a lot of space 1100sqft. However, the kitchen cabinets were old, the stove was an antique, the apartments were rush jobs so you can see the framing sticks of a door. Maintanence came quick but didn't fix stuff unless it was an easy fix.
But the kicker for me, was I paid an extra 50 bucks a month for a lake side view which they showed me from a middle of the lake apartment but when i got mine was at the very end. Which would not of been a problem if their fountain hadn't stopped working and turned my end of the lake into a really ugly stagnent swamp. It smelled, and just was horrible to look at. If that wasn't bad enough when bringing people over, the complex wouldn't take care of their overly ample bird problem. I was three levels down, and I had to constantly step over massive piles of bird droppings, especially one settling in front of my door because the apartment people wouldn't move the nest because it had eggs in it. In short don't move into this horrible place. Management sucks too.
