Lacking amenities for the price

Basically I agree with most of the other posts relating to the age of the apartment/appliances etc...I'd also like to add that for the price they should offer other amenities such as a valet trash (which might help with the dumpster issues), and a valet laundry service. Most high dollar apartments offer these services and I was disappointed not to find them here.....I will add that the folks in the leasing office were always very nice.
