The management and staff at Pheasant Run Apartments is extremely incompetent. The staff does not take responsibility for themselves and management does not take responsibility for their employees and what they say. More times than not (many occasions) I spoke with staff and got wrong information on work orders, pricing, fess, etc. Nobody ever stuck by their word or followed through with their statements. Work never got completed correctly and it was impossible to talk to someone that actually knew what they were doing. Parking is a nightmare no matter where in the complex you live. Maintenance is done the cheapest and easiest way out as possible and nothing ever actually gets fixed. I have lived in many Maryland Heights complexes (Colony, West Pointe) and this is by far the worst! I highly recommend going to West Pointe or the Colony. At other complexes we were valued as tenants, treated respectfully, and taken care of. At Pheasant Run this is not the case. All they care about is your money and if they have that then they don't get anything else done.
