where do I begin'

Me and my roomate lived here for 3 years and at first it was great. Mangement was well along with maintenance and the price. When they changed management everything went downhill. Our rent went up which would have been fine if they would have agreed to fix the things that were falling apart. We continuously had squirrels in apt, leak stains on ceiling (which was dripping on our brand new furniture), deck was in VERY bad shape, floor trim was falling off, old windows could feel breeze on the couch in the winter. We had refered 4 people who had newly remodeled apts so I think it is reasonable to request some things considering the increase in rent, but they said "we would be put on a waiting list." So we of course moved out. Now one would think that with all the trouble we have been through they would have no problem giving our deposit back. (300 pet which we paid 20 extra a month and 150 initial deposit) WRONG! They actually sent us a bill for $350! We lived here three years and the carpet was already used but they charged us for that along with 200 dollars for painting which we painted back to white over light colors we chose. So when I went into management office to explain my complaints about our bill she was not understanding at ALL. So I suggest anyone think twice before moving here. The parking is horrible unless you want to pay an extra 20 dollars a month for your one personal spot. Also many people have huge dogs so pick up your little ones (kids or pups) when they pass. (a personal experience of my dog getting attacked there) lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
