Ok, its crap! I have bees and wasps coming in through my windows and fireplace! I am now uncomfortable being in my own home, thats unacceptable! I have had this problem since last summer. They came once to check it out last summer and told me nothing was wrong. Clearly there is something wrong if I have dead bees/wasps laying on the floor and buzzing around! I am still currently working to have them resolve the issue and dont feel very confident that it will be properly resolved. We shall see!

Thank you for your response but unfortunately your suggestion has already been completed and not helped in resolving the situation. This issue, along with a new issue of a water leak, has now been esclated with the City of Maryland Heights and from what Ive been told they are not pleased with the Apartments either. I do NOT recommend you waste your time or money of these units as it is a waste! I have checked out many other apartments and found some with decks and lakes that are by far a much higher quality of living and staff! Best of luck not getting stung!

TO THE 7/23 POST: Hello again, thank you for the previous reply. I've already provided Pheasant Run a deposit, but I'm seriously entertaining other options due to the poor feedback that I continue to hear about that property. You alluded to other properties with decks and lakes. I am very unfamiliar with the surrounding area and would appreciate it if you could specify the names of those properties. I'm due to move in a couple of weeks, but I'll be out of the country for a week and will only have two days to look around the area before I leave. Can you provide a couple of suggestions? Thanks.
