My lease is almost up here, thank god, and so much crap has gone on since I've moved here. When I first moved it, the AC wasn't working. FIVE TIMES the maintenance people came here and diddled with the AC, stating each time that it would fix it. I spent a month in 80-90 degree heat because they didn't want to replace the unit from the 70s. ----, the maintenance manager, tried to convince me that it couldn't be cooler than 20 degrees inside from the outside. So, if it's 100 out side, it can't be less than 80 degrees inside. BS!! When my first month's electric bill was 200 dollars, they refused to help with the bill. I tried to get the attention of the manager several times, and when they emailed me back...they first said my name was something different, then accused me of owing them money!!! The office staff is friendly, but cold. They don't give a crap, and they don't report anything that you asked them too. Education apparently isn't a requirement to work here. The windows don't insulate properly and I've had wasps in between the window and screen since they don't fit correctly. My neighbors are noisy, they don't go by the 3 strikes rule even though they told me that when I moved in. I've called the police several times on my neighbors. My heat went out during winter-three calls to get that fixed!. My door was cracked-took them a week to fix it, and then left the old one on my balcony until I called them 4 times. The maintenance men are lazy, it takes them forever to fix something and nothing gets done for emergency maintenance. There is none! My ceiling was leaking and they didn't do anything until I emailed the top manager. Even then, they only did cosmetic fixing so it will leak again. There are squirrels in the ceiling that run around all the time.

I've lived in 4 other complexes, and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Everything was horrible!!

That's where I'm moving! Hah, we should get together sometime and remeniss about how we don't miss Pheasant Run.

I AGREE COMPLETELY! I havent even moved in and I have noticed all of this stuff. They couldnt even get the right apt for me to move into. I am glad that they neglected to help me so I didn't sign the lease. I went to Whisper Hollow instead.
