If anyone reads the good reviews you're crazy. One of them shows a picture of (View from my patio). The picture was taken from a place there are NO APARTMENTS...clearly the staff is working the system. What does that tell you about this place. I can't stress how bad it is to live in this complex. I'm not even going to go into what it's like to deal with the staff... I've contacted an attorney regarding the pure negligence from the landlord.

O M G! Sounds like what is currently happening to us! Yes, the air conditioner needs a new thermostat, was promised one but to date, nothing! Call numerous times and get no response. No wonder you were there only one year. I really need to find another place to live as I am totally miserable & this place is falling down around me! If you become involved in a class action suit, I am in! No judge would rule against you!

I can't wait to leave this place we are counting down the days until our lease expires. I would love to get a case going against this place! Words can not express how unhappy we are here and the numerous problems we have had living here!

I am in too..! The A/c runs for 6 hours straight and it comes down by 2 f degrees. Called them 4 times , somebody came and cleaned something, and still old story .

If I were you I would call the corporate office to get anything fixed. They did fix our air FINALLY, only after calling the corporate office.
