This apartment is in a great location but it is not worth the headache! We have lived here for 3 years and when we first moved in we were very happy but about a year and a half ago new management took over and it has been downhill ever since! We are in a 3 bdr. townhouse and our basement has flooded about 5 times. After repeated calls noone has even been here to inspect where the water is coming from. They just send the carpet contractors out to extract the water. We have gotten so tired of moving furniture around we don't even use the basement anymore. Management could care less if you have a problem. If you ever are able to get someone to actually look at the problem the repairs are very bad. Since we have moved in the crime around here has increased dramatically. Management and office staff are rude and unprofessional and the turn over rate is crazy. There is a new person everytime you call. You can never speak to the same person twice. The clubhouse is useless because nothing works all the gym equipment is out of order and has been for over a year. I could go on and on about the problems here but there is not enough room to type it all. I can't wait until our lease is up!
