I have lived in this apt for 2 years. I love its right by the Creve Cour Park the whole apartment complex ajoins the Park. They have awesome floorplans and great ammenities. I have never lived in a place that had so much to offer. The staff are very welcoming and they treat the tenants well. The community is so nice maintenance guys are great, gets things fixed the same day. A very good neighborhood and yet affordable. What I also love is that they pay you money when you refer someone. I got paid $300 from referring co-workers. It's and easy way for me to make extra money. I would recommend this place to any and everyone

I would be careful if I were you, that is a quick way to make enemies by refering them to live in this hell hole. You and I must be living in different places or you must work there. Something has got to be off. I have had nothing but problems since the day I moved in and none of the staff seem to care. And maintenance has yet to fix anything at all much less the same day. Can't wait until my lease is up.

This sounds like a staff member of the leasing office wrote this. There is not a snowball's chance in hell that this good can come from Pheasant Run. I have lived at Pheasant Run for almost 1 year and I will NOT be renewing my lease. maintenance never responds...don't try using the after hours emergency number, they won't show up. I never see the same staff member and they are not friendly after they have your signature.
