Run away

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
At first this place seems like a good place to live, but once you have been here a few months you will have a change of heart. The lake stinks like sewage most of the year, and its never clean. The apartments are over-crowded and the thought of getting a parking spot remotely close to your residence after 5:30pm is slim to none. The maintenance crew doesnt fix anything unless it's life threatening(weve called 8 times and they showed up once). The apartments quickly degrade once you move in (i.e. the carpet paint wears off and you see old stains, the faucets are all circa 1985, the doors and hardware are all circa mid 80s, and the AC/Heat units are all mid 90s or later). The office has a higher turn-over rate then most McDonalds, and with each staff revision it becomes apparent that they pay minimum wage. Ive personally seen 6 apartments raided for drugs, and just this week they started towing tenants cars for having expired plates (even expired by only 10 days).
This place has the potential to be decent, but its poorly managed and over-run with riff-raff.
If you have a choice do not move to Peasant Run...you will regret it.
