everything you read is true about this hole. the swamp/lake is a joke. the carports get damaged and they dont spend the money to repair, they would rather keep the money. try walking around the lake during the summer, they dont even trim the bushes on the back side of the lake.pot holes are major, better have a 4 wheel drive! land slides all around the lake with mud on what use to be a side walk. black mold in many storage areas! need i say more, old ac units, loose windows, poor maintenance, and so on, unless you are from some other country and thinks it okay for the price, you better leave this one alone.
