Only if you're on a "budget" and can put up with crappiness

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
Rent in April 2006 went from 550 (6mth lease) to currently 645/mth (1 year lease) for a 1 bedroom. Service / maintenance used to be good in 2006 but has since gone down the drain. A toilet flapper is only $4.69 tax included and they are too cheap to replace that to help stop my toilet from refilling every 15 - 30 minutes. Also the kinds of people who stay here are losers (myself also crappy and stupid enough for staying here this long)... crack smoking college kids and lots of smokers. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
