Pheasant Run is truly one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever lived in. I've lived here for the past six months and it has been pure hell. THEY HAVE THE WORSE MANAGEMENT TEAM ANY COMPLEX COULD HAVE. If you call and complain about something they get smart with you. Once you sign the lease they can care less about you. It is not safe and they know it. I had a strange man push my front door in and had to call the police. I've asked many times to have things fixed and they just take their time. I've had to call corporate on several occasions just to get things done. The apartments are full of spiders on the inside and birds pooping on your head on the outside. For the past 4 days the lights on the outside of several buildings have been out so you have to come home to total darkness. It is totally unsafe especially since they haven't caught the man who's going around trying to get into apartments. The managers don't see the light situation as being important because they either don't live here or simply don't care. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go some place else. You will be very happy that you did.

I share your grief-I have been here a few years now. They have been to my apt 4 times to glue and duct tape my kitchen counter down. They do a sloppy _ss job and call it done. Police here to break up fights in the middle of the night,dogs and kids running loose and NO ONE from the office could give a crap!
