The location is convenient to a lot of places we like to go. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Any repairs that were in need the maintenance people were here promptly. The pet policy helps due to the fact I have a medium sized dog. There are washer dryer connections in 2 bedrooms. The apartments are too small for the price you have to pay. The grounds are not kept up as they should be. There is more mud than grass around here. The parking is outrageously inadequate. The lighting is inadequate for security reasons outside and the entrance off Fee Fee. Some of the neighbors are very inconsiderate with making loud noise at all times of day and night. If you plan on having satellite make sure you specify in black and white before you sign the papers or you may end up in a unit where it cannot be hooked up. Enjoy the sunlight' Forget it here, in the units. Bring your leaf blower or broom for the breezeway cause they are not maintained.
