I have lived at Westport Station for a year now and overall I would not recommend it. Maintainence is very very slow. The people above us overflowed their washing machine and the water leaked through our ceiling 3 months ago and it has not been fixed after repeated phone calls. Parking is terrible and most people are forced to park on the street. There is an unsightly "pond" in front of the complex that is more like a huge trash and bug infested ditch that breeds mosquitos. The place is poorly insulated. There are extremely noisy neighbors all around. Every little noise around is heard no matter how quiet. The apartment has a terrible smoky smell but they insist the walls are painted between tenants incase someone was smoking. They cleaned the carpet for free, but the smell is still there. We have had a "peeping tom" yet I have only seen a police car around the complex once.
