I was a resident for a little over a year. The apartment itself was in good shape for being 10 years old. However; I had a horrible time with getting things fixed when they broke. My main complaint was on the only bathroom sink in the apartment that was completely clogged. I often had to use the kitchen sink instead. I went down to the rental office every week, for the past 2 months to place a work order in, and it was never fixed even until the date I moved out! Also parking is a nightmare at nights since you'll be forced into overflow parking if you don't find a spot early.

The plus side is it had a great location, close to Lindberg, I270 and the rock road.
