Never had strong feelings about the complex one way or another until signing 2nd year lease under new management. Since then:

- 2 different maintenance calls needed multiple calls of follow up before anything was done.

- We are now paying for water, trash, and sewer. (changed since new managment)

- over this last snow storm walkways were not shoveled. ie. it is now 6 days after the storm and little to no salt has been applied to the 3 inch layer of ice covering the walkway and parking lot. Nor has any attempt been made to clear it.

- MOST UPSETTING -

Rent due on Friday was handed in Monday morning (seen as being 4 days late) which ok $20 ultimately no big deal.... NO - I recieve a letter stating that along with the late fee of $20 is a "forfiture of concession" (ie. because I got the apt. $100 cheaper I now have to pay full apt. value this month) So TOTAL LATE FEE = $120.

After calling up to complain I was told that they are being generous by letting this months Concession fee of $100 slide - but not to be late again or I will be charged the full $120. Pretty shaddy policy if you ask me.

*** Note *** the "concession fee" was conveniently skipped over by staff when discussing changes to my lease. Even when I asked about quirky things and extra charges.
