This place puts me in a bad mood everyday. For one, the appliances, etc. are old, which would not be a problem, but when someone comes to fix something (if they ever do), it keeps breaking. Instead of replacing something, they continue to try and "fix" it. You would think with rent being so overpriced they could replace something once in a while.

Also, we were called by the manager (who is not exactly the friendliest person) and told we had noise complaints. My roommate and I are hardly ever there. We are students and are at school from early morning until almost 8 in the evening everyday. The only thing we ever do there is take a shower and sleep. If walking up the stairs is a noise complaint, then we are guilty as charged. The people across the hall have been moving things in for weeks...did you ever think that this could be noisy'''

Speaking of which, the staff is extremely rude. Don't plan on carrying on a friendly conversation with any of them or getting any of your issues fixed.

Parking is also an issue. There are not enough spaces around each apartment for the occupants, therefore people park in firelines, etc. and nothing is done about it. There are so many other things I could go on for days. I do not recommend these apartments at all!!! For your money find somewhere better.
