The staff is oblivious to renters requests and needs. they are far too busy playing around in the office. the repair man LOOKS at something thats broken and thinks he fixed it, and someone can whisper in the hallway or apt next to you, and you'll hear it. and if you get a ground floor, i hope you like the look of mud on your carpet, because the property is covered in it. i lived in a one bedroom, needed a 2 and didnt want to break my lease, so i moved to a 2 bedroom. i wish sooo much i would have just paid the $1,300 to break the lease and gotten the hell out. it's AWFUL. oh, and if you like your privacy, youll be interested to know that they do "annual checks" several times a year, and give you all of 5-6 hours notice.
