Whisper Hollow is the first apartment I have leased. The day I moved in the kitchen floor flooded. Problem was immediatly fixed but it took 2 days for them to dry under the carpet with the big noisy fan. Very upset that this happened the FIRST day I was there. We have had people come out 3 TIMES to fix nails sticking out in doorways of kitchen and bathroom none of the times have they actually fixed them. (carpet company came out to fix this, not maintence) Sink faucett in bathroom leaks and every time my leg rubs up against the sink my pants get soaked. We have had them spray for spiders and we still have a spider issue. Black nats were a problem but after they sprayed they have pretty much gone away but I still see them on occasion. I think the apartments are WAY over priced for such an old building.
The pool is amazing always fun. 24 hour clubhouse is very nice. I have always felt safe living there. Residents are all very nice. Staff has always been helpful. Maintence guy is very friendly and always goes above and beyond what is expected. ( I read another comment about him about him being weird....that is not true. He is very friendly and talkative. Always polite. I would recccomend this apartment it has a great location, grounds are always in great shape.
