We saw the good reviews on this website and called the manager Marcy for an appointment as we wanted to lease here. She was very rude on phone and sounded like that she was not interested in talking to prospective residents.
She refused to talk or explain about the community when we came for a visit. She said that there are no apartments left and they have a long waiting list. Never showed an apartment to us and insisted that if an opening comes up then we have to sign a lease right then without even taking a look at the apartment. Her behaviour was surprisingly very rude compared to the high ratings given to this apartment community. The second manager Dena never came out of her office and was not much of a help either. Marcy asked us to call back in a month to ask if they have an opening.
I will never lease here or recommend these apartments to anyone because of the rude behaviour of the managers. The complex itself is small, not much sunlight as most of the buildings are facing in north/south direction. I was not able to see an actual apartment as the managers "were very busy".

I have found Marcy, Dena and the other staff very good to work with and would not hesitate recommending others to live here. I don't know what happened in your situation, but my experience has been the opposite for two years. Good luck to you.

I agree, my experience with the staff has been nothing but kind & courteous, if not almost eager to help me. Originally they only had a 1 bedroom available and I agreed to come view it. I really wanted a studio for price reasons. Marcy actually called me back to let me know there was a studio available. She could've just as easily taken my money, but didn't. I think they're great.
