I currently live there and have found office staff unfriendly, especially when first signing my lease and first visiting. Other staff aka maintenance men are wonderful and are on top of things in a timely manner. It is a wonderful place to live, but dont let office staff intimidate you. They become nicer when they find out you drive a nice car or can afford to live there.
