I've lived in Whisper Hollow now for almost a year and recently resigned my lease for another 12 month term. I can honestly say there's not a single aspect about this complex that I can complain about. The staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable (and very attractive I should say). They have helped me with everything to get settled in. There have been a couple problems regarding my A/C and paint but there will always be something in any apartment. The maintenance staff is very prompt and they get the job done correctly. All my neighbors are courteous and respectful. I have yet to deal with noise or trash problems at any time here. Whisper Hollow also hosts several events throughout the year for its tenants that allow people to meet each other and have a great time. To add cherry on top, they gave a complimentary professional carpet cleaning for my apartment when I signed my lease which was very nice. I have lived in several other apartments prior to this one and I can tell you that Whisper Hollow is, without a doubt, well above the rest in every category. I highly recommend this place!

Edit: A few things to consider, as well.. For cable television, satellites are not allowed to be attached to the building but rather placed on your porch securely (I have had Charter so this wasn't a problem for me). Those who live on the ground floor do not have a fence around the porch but rather it is open to the parking lot. However, safety and security here have never been put into question according to the staff. I live on the ground floor with a grill and chairs on my porch and have never had a problem. In fact, I actually like being able to just walk to my car from the porch now. Trash bins are placed one per parking lot which is fantastic because there is always one close by for tenants to put their trash away without having to walk a great distance. USPS mail is delivered in a locked area just outside the doors of each apartment section (again, convenient because your mail is just outside your door instead of somewhere else). UPS will deliver mail to the office if you are not at your apartment but Fedex may drop it off either at your door or on your porch if you are absent. I have yet to have any problems with this. Pets are allowed but some restrictions apply (I don't have a pet so you will have to contact the staff for more info). Parking is plenty and the lots are very much well lit (I do have a light just outside my bedroom window which was slightly annoying at first but I have gotten used to it). The main office has a pool, fitness center, steam room, office-use, library and quite a bit of other stuff for tenants to use. The grounds are kept neat by employees who constantly clean the area which is very nice. Rent will be a bit more if any type of renovation has been done (ie. my cabinets have been replaced prior to my moving in so rent was more). I will edit this in the future if I think of anything else :-)
