I have lived here for almost four years now and I have find it peaceful, clean and safe. I am in agreement somewhat with the last review about the office staff. There is one gal, the assistant manager who is hot and cold. Sometimes she is down right rude. She must be moody because depending on the day she may or may not be friendly and helpful. The other girls have been consistantly nice, especially the property manager. The manager of course has the most difficult job and she is always the most kind and caring person.
The maintenance guys are superb. I have had very few issues but when I have they are on it right away and clean up before they leave. I have lived in two other complexes here in Maryland Heights and non compare to Whisper Hollow.
The nieghbors are quiet and friendly. The facilities are well kept and the social functions are fun. I have met many new friends here.
