Apartment Management is poor in responding

I have lived in this apartment community. Main problem i faced is apartment staff won't respond to your request, if you need a copy of some kind of lease documents they will take more than 3 weeks to just have the manager sign the document.

They will say we have 420 apartments units it takes us to reach your document in another week or so...
