Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
Apts are small, but surrounding area is good, stores/restaurents are nearby. Nice walking trail inside, kind of private.

floor are kreaky though. The management folks are not very cooperative, response time is poor. A/C in many of them make too much noise but you can't get them replaced.

The tennis courts are always crowded. Average wait time is 2 hours on aby evening, I hardly play in my stay of 4 years.
