Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Dirty, smelly, poor management, over prized and soooo not worth it.
Filled with Indian people, smelly and filthy apartments - maintenance is really poor.
DO NOT MOVE IN! Pheasant Run is the same thing. Unless you are Indian - you will find really nice and even cheaper places in Creve Coeur, Chesterfiled, etc.
