I lived in this apartment. Price is cheaper and so is the apartment whatever you touch in the apartment you will get that in hand. Maintanence is really poor. surroundings are dirty and never cleaned. Neighbours are loud, they yell loud in the midnight.

second biggest issue is the apartment staff, they behave in their own way. They will change the rules according to them. You will find one rule in one day and the next day when you speak with them they talk quite differently(the same rule changes).
