I agree 100% with the earlier post that they impose different rules on you the moment you say you will move out. I had to pay $50 for professional carpet cleaner on move out, which I haven't done in any apartment community. Also they sent $75 bill to me for other cleaning charges even through I cleaned the apartment reasonably.
The apartment staff are not flexible at all, and very difficult to deal with. Also my friends who are lived in this apartment are all out of this apartment now.
