I moved from out of state into my apartment and was quite happy that I found an apartment when I moved from KY to MO right away. The rent was not too high and the location seemed to be ok. After the first couple of nights I realized that this apartment complex is really, really bad. Very old and non operational appliances, big problems with maintenance requests (the management seems to ignore those) and extremely loud neighbors. The hallways were also very, very dirty - some of my neighbors even left their garbage out in the hallways instead of taking it downstairs.
I recommend a place in Chesterfield - not really more expensive but so much nicer, caring management and really nice and cinsiderate neighbors.
