I've lived at Woodhollow since August, and I have found it to be a decent place to live. The office staff is always friendly. Maintenance has always come promptly, when needed, which hasn't been too often and only for minor problems. The price is very reasonable for the area. Actually probably about the most affordable in the area. I live in a very quiet building. I've had low utility bills since I've been here. And, of course, the location is great. I've walked down to Westport many times, and Creve Coeur Lake is only a couple miles away. Restaurants and grocery shopping is within walking distance, too. It's a nice and safe area. Plus, I love the apartment community. There are trees everywhere and I enjoy the sidewalk that goes all the way around the community. It makes for a nice, scenic walk during the Fall months. And for being as close to I-270 as it is, you don't get a whole lot of Interstate traffic noise.

Just a few minor issues I've had. As mentioned, sometimes the hallways do have a strong odor in them from the nature of spices used in cooking. You do get a little used to it in time. The cabinets seem to be made of cheaper material. I haven't had any appliance issues that others have mentions. The floors do squeak a bit. As I said, these are minor issues, and for the price you pay don't I try to push these issues aside.

This does overall make a good apartment community for someone starting out or looking for a good deal. I won't live here forever, but I am definitely enjoying my stay here for now.
