The management is very unprofessional with residents. The community is not flexible in leasing terms or renewals. They dont return the refundable security deposit and instead charge you extra money for something which is not your fault when you leave the apartment. They put unnecessary charges to be paid when you vacate the apartment. Maintenace is bad, the trash is all over the community. The apartment buildings are dirty and the laundary facilities are a mess. Parking is horrible, you wont get a parking spot after 10 pm, you have to park the vehicle on the street. I would not recommend anyone moving into this community.
