worst management but very old building with lot of problems

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived here for 6 months.the manager is so rude.there were so many problems in the apartments.kitchen cabinet was broken.you can't take a proper shower because you have to keep yourself constantly busy in temperature control.sometimes too hot sometimes too cold water comes in same setting.they take a hell lot of time to fix any problem.building r too old that you can't sleep properly if your upstairs neighbour is awake.it creat lot of sounds even if they try to walk as silently as possible.Hallways are filthy and smells like ....horrible!!this is not enough.as a 3rd floor resident i heard some thuding sounds coming from the roof in winter..and after reporting about that several time they investigated and told it was birds.but it didn't stop.again had to complain and this time they hired people from outside for investigation and they told us about RACOON.i was happy to moved out from there...think twice before renting this property
